Terms and Conditions

Prices may vary according to the type of apartment and according to the season.

Each price is per night or week per apartment for the overnight stay only.

The prices include: wifi, electricity, gas, water (drinkable), linen (sheets, towels, which are changed each Saturday for stays of 2 or more weeks), well equipped kitchen, private place in garden with tables and chairs, carpark, BBQ and all the outdoor activities (see activities).

The prices don’t include: anything not mentioned above such as the heating, which has a price between 10 and 20 € per night per apartment. We remind you that according to the Italian law, heating is permitted from the 1st of November to the 15th of April every year.

City tax: 1,50 Euros per person per night for the first 3 nights (everyone older than 14 y.o.).
